We are looking for an Applications Administrator to join a growing IT team and lead the management of our iManage Cloud suite — including Work, SPM, Threat Manager, and more. This is a full-time, hybrid role with room for growth! What You’ll Do: Own iManage administration and escalated support Automate workflows + improve integrations Lead upgrades, support projects, and improve security tools Collaborate across InfoSec, Governance, and UX teams Hybrid schedule: 60% in-office (will consider DC, Boston or NYC), 40% remote What We’re Looking For: 3+ years of iManage Work admin experience Strong API, PowerShell, and scripting skills Experience with SPM, Threat Manager, or Records Manager a big plus A team player with law firm tech experience is ideal This is your chance to work with a firm that values innovation, collaboration, and real impact.
