Physician Assistant - Liver Transplant/Hepatobiliary Surgery –Inpatient - Rotating - Cornell Campus Our liver transplant and hepatobiliary services are leading the field with advanced procedures such as fully-robotic living donor liver transplants and innovative surgical techniques. We are seeking a dedicated Physician Assistant to join our high-performing team. Responsibilities Provide front‑line screening, diagnosis, and treatment of hepatic transplant and hepatobiliary surgical patients. Act as the nucleus of a multidisciplinary team, collaborating with transplant surgeons, hepatologists, pharmacy, social work, dieticians, and psychiatry. Follow liver transplant and hepatobiliary surgery patients closely, taking ownership of their post‑operative care. Lead the inpatient service in conjunction with other disciplines and become an expert in liver transplant patient management. Work three 12.5‑hour rotating shifts per week, covering day, night, and swing shifts. Preferred Criteria Med‑Surg experience. Required Criteria Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physician Assistant studies. Current New York State licensure. BLS/ACLS certification. DEA certification. Benefits We offer a competitive salary range of $161,000–$193,000 per year, along with comprehensive benefits that support you and your family.
