Overview Carle Health is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join our Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation team at Carle Foundation Hospital in Urbana, Illinois. Opportunity Details New grads welcome to apply Typical schedule M-F / 8:00am-5:00pm Weekend coverage anticipated every 4-6 weeks Primary outpatient focus in our Bone Health and Osteoporosis Clinic with some outpatient rehabilitation hospital follow up. Inpatient focus on periodic inpatient rehabilitation consults and unit coverage. Join a collaborative and established Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation team Education Requirements Master’s degree in physician assistant or Nurse Practitioner Licensure / Certification Requirements Current Illinois physician assistant or nurse practitioner licensure International Society of Clinical Densitometry (ISCD) Certification preferred; may be obtained after hire Compensation and Benefits The compensation range for this position is $56.37 - $73.29/hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health.
