Make a Difference.Water's Edge Rehab & Nursing Center at Port Jefferson is seeking an experienced and dedicated RN Unit Manager to join our clinical leadership team. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong RN leader who is passionate about quality resident care and enjoys working with a collaborative team.ResponsibilitiesOversee the day-to-day clinical operations of the assigned nursing unit.Supervise and support RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.Ensure residents receive safe, high-quality, and compassionate care.Monitor resident conditions, care plans, documentation, and clinical outcomes.Coordinate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team.Manage daily assignments and help ensure appropriate staffing.Address resident and family concerns professionally and promptly.Support compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations.Participate in quality improvement and staff education initiatives.QualificationsCurrent New York State RN license required.Prior supervisory, charge nurse, or Unit Manager experience preferred.Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience strongly preferred.Strong clinical assessment, leadership, and communication skills.Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.Compassionate, resident-focused approach.What We OfferSalary up to $115,000 annuallyFull-time day shiftLeadership opportunity with a supportive clinical teamProfessional growth and developmentMeaningful work in a resident-centered environmentJoin Water's Edge Rehab & Nursing Center and make a meaningful impact every day.
