We provide HVAC maintenance as well as new heating and cooling units. Customer satisfaction is our number one priority, and we are experts in our industry! WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL?As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the receipt, storage, and shipment of materials in our warehouse. You will play a vital role in accounting and auditing all equipment, materials, and supplies to maintain accuracy and efficiency. Additionally, you will be instrumental in ensuring the effectiveness of operating procedures, optimizing space utilization, and safeguarding the maintenance and protection of our facilities and equipment. If you are detail-oriented and organized, this position is an excellent fit for you! DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?The knowledge and skills required for the position are:High school diploma or equivalent3+ years of experience in warehouse management3+ years of experience leading successful, productive teamsForklift Certification RequiredIntermediate computer skills and ability to use Microsoft OfficeAbility to manage projects and resourcesAbility to communicate in English effectively, both verbally and in writingAbility to work overtime with little notice; weekend hours may occasionally be requiredAbility to lift 20 pounds frequentlyAbility to drive and operate a motorized passenger vehicle or forkliftSome HVAC or home services experience is preferred but not required.So, what do you think?
