Job Description And Duties As the Supervisor I, you’ll oversee a talented group of Personnel Specialists, Senior Personnel Specialists, and Analysts dedicated to processing pay and benefit transactions for CalPERS employees—including executive compensation and special pay calculations. You’ll guide your team through the intricacies of HR, payroll, and benefits, ensuring compliance and exceptional customer service every step of the way. Working hours are 8am - 5pm Monday – Friday. The position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule, with up to two days of remote work and three or more onsite days per week.
