Qualifications that will allow you to be successful:8+ years in the semiconductor industry and/or system-level power electronicsDomain expertise in multiphase controllers, and voltage regulator architecturesUnderstanding of CPU/GPU compute power delivery requirements and system-level challengesProven experience in product management, product marketing, or product line leadership, including driving design winsStrong technical capability combined with a customer-focused mindset and ability to engage system architects and power engineersDemonstrated ability to develop business cases, pricing strategies, and market plansExperience working with global customers and cross-functional teams in a matrixed organizationStrong problem-solving, strategic thinking, communication, and negotiation skillsExcellent presentation and interpersonal skills to internal senior management and external customer leadersSalary: onsemi is excited to share the base salary range for this position is $151,455.00 - 272,550.00 exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses.The final pay rate for the successful candidate will depend on geographic location, skills, education, experience, and/or consideration of internal equity of our current team members.
