Supporting the property management team, the full-time Virtual Administrative Assistant will manage schedules, handle correspondence, and assist with document preparation in a fully remote capacity. Key responsibilities Manage and organize team schedules, appointments, and calendars Handle incoming email correspondence and phone inquiries professionally and promptly Prepare, format, and edit documents, reports, and presentations Required qualifications Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or similar role Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace Excellent organizational and time-management abilities Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Experience in property management or real estate is advantageous but not required
