Medical Surgical Unit - Travel Registered Nurse

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 24 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience with 9 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 3 months of Meditech experience is preferred.

• 9 months of acute care experience within the last 12 months.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a New Hampshire license or compact license (required after submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• No current placement allowed at Program: HealthTrust Program - HCA - Capital Division.

Special Requests: Employment gaps greater than 90 days, regardless of reason, in the past 12 months are not accepted.

Unit Details: Patient ratios: 1:6, occasional 1:7 with surge. Unit secretary on day shift only; LNAs on both shifts. Unit uses telemetry; procedures include CBI, wound care, drain management (chest tubes, Jackson-Pratt, etc.), Foley insertion, central line dressing changes, telemetry monitoring, and EKGs PRN.

Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend and rotating holidays. Self-scheduling available; leadership reserves the right to balance the schedule.

Floating Requirements: Float to same level of care.

• AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW : This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear “Yes” or “No” response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.
