People like you!Role: Maintenance Planner / SchedulerJob SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Maintenance Planner / Scheduler to coordinate preventive, routine, repair, and emergency maintenance activities across the plant. This role will use a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to ensure that all maintenance work is effectively planned, scheduled, and executed with minimal disruption to operations.Job ResponsibilitiesPlan and prepare maintenance work orders for scheduled and emergency maintenance activitiesCoordinate required resources including labor, tools, and parts for efficient job executionDevelop weekly and outage work scopes for hourly maintenance personnelMaintain and build equipment records, bill of materials, and asset data in CMMSCreate, schedule, and close out preventive maintenance (PM) tasks in CMMSContinuously improve and adjust PM programs to maximize equipment uptimeTrack and manage spare parts inventory and equipment documentationQualificationsAssociate degree in a technical field preferredMinimum 2 years of experience in maintenance planning/scheduling in an industrial or manufacturing settingMinimum 2 years of hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment preferredMechanical design experience is a plusProficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)Strong computer skills and attention to detailExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational and planning abilities with the capability to manage multiple tasksThis is a safety sensitive position.Benefits of Employment: IKO recognizes that its success is due to the strength of its employees.
