Position Overview

We are on the lookout for an experienced and empathetic Sonography / Ultrasound Technologist to enhance our dynamic team. Description of Responsibilities

• Conduct a variety of ultrasound exams including abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, vascular, and small parts imaging
• Prioritize patient comfort and safety, effectively communicating each procedure with care
• Work closely with radiologists and referring physicians to ensure the highest quality diagnostic images
• Maintain imaging equipment and promptly report any technical issues
• Document procedures accurately and maintain up-to-date patient records in the electronic medical system
• Keep abreast of advances in ultrasound imaging techniques and industry best practices

Education Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related field
• Successful completion of a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program is preferred

Certifications Required

• Active certification from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or equivalent
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is preferred
