Insurance Sales Representative

We are seeking motivated, relationship-driven professionals to join our growing team as an Insurance Sales Representative.

You do not need prior insurance experience to be successful in this role. We are interested in individuals who have experience building relationships, helping customers, solving problems, and achieving goals. Whether your background is in retail sales, business development, customer service, hospitality, banking, automotive sales, recruiting, or another client-focused role, we want to hear from you.

In this role, you'll work directly with individuals and businesses to help them protect what matters most while building a rewarding and long-term career.

What You'll Do

• Build relationships with new and existing clients
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Develop new business opportunities through networking and prospecting
• Prepare quotes and present coverage options
• Maintain strong client relationships and retention
• Work toward individual sales goals and performance incentives+
• Proficient with computers, Microsoft/Google suites, and CRMS.

• Previous sales, customer service, business development, or client-facing experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset
• Comfortable learning new systems and technology
• Professional, ethical, and customer-focused approach
• Willingness to obtain required insurance licensing (training assistance available)
