Job Duties Provide counsel and advice on legal matters involving University Health. Interprets governmental regulations and statutes and provides legal oversight to the development, implementation and enforcement of University Health policies and procedures. Participates and provides legal advice to senior management regarding strategic direction of University Health, including contractual relationships with third parties and entities. Primary responsibilities involve oversight of construction related projects, complex contracting issues, public sector law and health care law with the ability to provide assistance with litigation mattersas necessary.
