The Mortgage Loan Officer is responsible for guiding clients through the mortgage loan process, evaluating financing options, and assisting with underwriting and documentation. Day-to-day tasks include consulting with borrowers, reviewing financial documents, maintaining strong customer relationships, and adhering to compliance and regulatory standards. xhyhwjd The role requires proactive communication and the ability to provide exceptional customer service during the loan lifecycle.QualificationsExperience as a Loan Officer with knowledge of loan origination and processingFamiliarity with the mortgage industry, including mortgage lending and refinancingUnderstanding of underwriting practices and financial guidelinesA strong customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal skillsProficiency in communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skillsBachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferredLicensure as a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) or the ability to acquire licensingExperience with VA loan programs is highly advantageous
