About the Role: We are looking for a Data Analyst who will transform complex business, customer, and platform data into actionable insights that drive operational efficiency and strategic decision-making. This role is key in identifying trends, optimizing processes, and supporting data-driven decisions for both internal stakeholders and customers .If you have a strong analytical background , expertise in predictive analytics , and a passion for leveraging data to create meaningful business impact, this role is for you!
Roles and Responsibilities: ✅ Conduct deep-dive analyses on complex datasets using advanced analytical techniques .✅ Design, build, and deliver reports, dashboards, and data visualizations .✅ Analyze customer data to uncover trends, insights, and opportunities for business improvement.✅ Develop and maintain a repository of standardized and customized reporting templates .✅ Communicate complex data insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders.✅ Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product, and operations teams .✅ Partner with internal technical teams to enhance reporting capabilities.✅ Design, develop, and deploy machine learning algorithms and models .✅ Implement forecasting techniques to predict construction project timelines .
Job Requirements: 4+ years of experience in a data analytics role. Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Quicksight, Tableau, Power BI). Experience with predictive analytics, machine learning, or forecasting methods . 3+ years of experience working cross-functionally across departments . Advanced Excel skills (macros, pivot tables, complex formulas). Proficiency in Python and SQL . Experience developing solutions with Data Lakes and Cloud platforms . Industry experience in home construction (preferred). Must be able to report in-person
