Job Summary Ro Health is hiring Behavioral Health Paraeducators (Behavioral Class Aides) for the 2025-2026 school year and beyond. Positions are available across multiple districts, with full‑time, part‑time, and per diem hours (Monday‑Friday, school hours). Pay is $18‑20 per hour depending on assignment and experience. What You’ll Do Provide classroom, small‑group, or 1:1 support to students with or without IEPs. Assist with instructional activities, behavior redirection, and social‑emotional development. Support students with special education needs under the guidance of certified staff. Foster a safe, supportive learning environment. What You’ll Need Associate’s Degree, Bachelor’s Degree, or ParaPro Certification. Experience working with children, especially in school, camp, or care settings (preferred). Experience with behavior management (minimum 6 months – required). Inclination to work well in a team environment. Ability to pass state/federal background checks and fingerprinting.
