Description Elevate your skills in Ann Arbor's most victorious kitchen! We're looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Dishwasher to join our team! As a Dishwasher , you'll be an essential part of our kitchen crew, helping to maintain a clean & polished environment for our guests and staff. What You'll Do: Set up and stock the dish area with all necessary cleaning supplies and tools, ensuring everything is ready for a smooth service. Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans, keeping a steady flow of clean items available for the kitchen and service teams. Keep the dish machine running properly by loading, unloading, and monitoring cleaning cycles with care and attention. Work efficiently t o keep up with the pace of service, ensuring the kitchen never runs short of clean equipment. Follow instructions from the Chef and kitchen team, supporting a seamless flow of operations. Maintain a clean, organized dish station and back-of-house environment, following safety and sanitation protocols at all times. Contribute to a positive, team-oriented kitchen environment that reflects our company values. Assist with additional cleaning and basic prep tasks as needed to support the overall success of the kitchen. Why Work with Us? Requirements What We're Looking For: A clean, efficient work style with a strong sense of urgency. Sharp attention to detail to ensure dishes and equipment meet our standards. Strong organizational skills. Comfort with handling water, steam, and the occasional splash - it comes with the territory! Able to lift 25lb regularly and up to 50lb occasionally.
