What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality emergency care to a diverse patient population in a Level I Trauma, stroke, and STEMI-certified environment
• Manage triage assessments and prioritize urgent cases
• Interpret dysrhythmias and administer emergency medications
• Perform procedural sedation and ventilate patients as needed
• Handle trauma cases, psych holds, pediatric emergencies, and stroke protocols
• Document patient care accurately in EPIC system
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and ensure patient safety and comfort
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and safety standards

What You Need

• Ohio RN license
• Minimum 2 years of ER experience
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, CPI certifications
• Ability to handle trauma, pediatric emergencies, trauma protocols, and emergency medications

• Experience in Level I Trauma Centers and stroke/STEMI certification
• Comfort with triage, dysrhythmia interpretation, ventilated patients, and trauma procedures
