Patient Access Specialist

Ensemble Health Partners is seeking a Patient Access Specialist to support accurate and compassionate front-end registration for hospital and physician services. In this role, you will greet patients, complete registration and pre-registration, verify insurance and benefits, obtain prior authorizations, and collect point-of-service payments. You’ll use EHR and registration systems to ensure clean claims and reduce denials while educating patients on financial responsibilities. Working in a mission-driven, collaborative environment, you’ll partner with clinical and revenue cycle teams to improve patient financial experiences and overall revenue performance.
