Construction Manager – Fiber to the Home Project - 100% Travel

Multiple Locations | Full-Time | $90,000–$120,000/year | Immediate Start

CableSouth Construction is hiring a Construction Manager to lead a fiber-to-the-home build in Wisconsin for a major telecom client. You'll oversee 4 drill crews from the ground up — schedule, safety, and production are yours to run.

This is not a contract gig. This is a full-time position with real benefits and a real career path.

What You'll Do:

• Manage and direct 4 drill crews on a fiber-to-the-home construction project
• Own the daily schedule, safety compliance, and production goals on site
• Serve as the main point of contact between crews, client, and company leadership
• Travel to the next project once Wisconsin is complete

• Strong leader who can run a job site, hit deadlines, and keep crews safe and productive
• Prior experience with fiber-to-the-home, telecom, or utility construction preferred
