Invoicing Specialist

Job Description Role and Responsibilities Create and process invoices to customers in multiple systems Troubleshoot billing issues & contact customers to resolve Assist Customer Service Team with follow up and issue resolution Adhere to company policies and procedures Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned or needed. EDUCATION and Qualifications Requirements Prefer Associate Degree in Accounting Two years of prior Billing, Account Receivable and Accounts Payable Excellent written and oral communications Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook Knowledge of Basic Math skills Strong organization skills Ability to Multitask Fast-paced Environment Hybrid Schedule
