Abteilung & Aufgaben Die Abteilung „Strategie, Digitalisierung und Organisationsentwicklung“ treibt Transformation und Innovation bei Knorr‑Bremse voran. Im Bereich „Corporate Strategy“ unterstützen wir den Vorstand und das Top‑Management auf Konzernebene sowie in den beiden Unternehmensdivisionen bei strategischen Themen zur Sicherung der Wettbewerbsfähigkeit und Erschließung neuer Geschäftsfelder. Verantwortlichkeiten Unterstützung bei Strategie‑ und M&A‑Projekten für die Divisionen Truck und Rail sowie für den Gesamtkonzern Mitarbeit bei der Analyse und Bewertung zukunftsweisender Fragestellungen in Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachbereichen und externen Beratungen Erstellung von Entscheidungsvorlagen für Vorstand und Geschäftsführung Mitwirkung bei der Konzeptionierung von Workshops Trend‑ und Wettbewerbsanalysen für wichtige Geschäftsfelder und Märkte sowie Erstellung von Unternehmensprofilen Durchführung von ad‑hoc‑Auswertungen Qualifikationen Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, des Ingenieurwesens oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs im fortgeschrittenen Semester Verhandlungssichere Deutsch‑ und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Erste relevante Praxiserfahrung in der Unternehmensstrategie, –beratung, im Investment Banking oder in der Automobilindustrie Sehr gute Microsoft Office‑Kenntnisse und idealerweise Erfahrung mit Efficient Elements und ThinkCell Stark analytisch ausgeprägtes Profil mit einer Affinität für kommerzielle, strategische sowie technische Themen Fähigkeit, komplexe Informationen zu verstehen, zu interpretieren und grafisch zu präsentieren Proaktive, selbstständige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise Praktikumseinsatz Wir sind ganzjährig auf der Suche nach engagierten Praktikanten*innen für mindestens 3 Monate – präferiert länger.
