You will thrive behind the scenes, ensuring efficiency in inventory management, replenishment, and stockroom organization while contributing to an exceptional shopping experience. You will play a vital role in execution of our floor set process, maintaining visual merchandising standards, maximizing sales opportunities through product replenishment, and creating seamless customer experience. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Operational Excellence: Efficiently receive and stock merchandise, ensuring inventory accuracy and timely replenishment of the sales floor. Stockroom Organization: Maintain a well-organized backroom to maximize efficiency and support store goals. Merchandise Processing: Execute workload to labor productivity standards, including merchandise processing, steaming, markdowns, and transfers. Sales Floor Support: Assist in replenishing inventory to ensure all available sizes and styles are represented on the sales floor. Visual Merchandising: Prepare merchandise according to company visual standards and support floor set execution. Customer Engagement: Support Sales Associates by assisting with sales transactions and maintaining store cleanliness to enhance the shopping experience. Passion for fashion and commitment to the J. Jill brand. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
