Technical Support Specialist

Role: IT Support Specialist (Tier II/III) Location: Arlington, VA Type: Full-Time | On-site 5 days/week About the Team Join a fast-growing technology company where IT plays a critical role in delivering an exceptional employee experience. You'll be the primary on-site IT expert, helping scale operations in a collaborative, Mac-first environment What You'll Do Serve as the primary IT resource for the local office, providing Tier II/III technical support Manage employee onboarding and offboarding, including device provisioning and account access Troubleshoot macOS hardware, software, networking, and collaboration tools (100% Mac environment) Support conference room AV systems and live meetings to ensure seamless user experiences Administer endpoint management, identity platforms, and SaaS applications Maintain IT documentation, asset inventory, and security best practices Partner with remote IT leadership and vendors to improve operations and scalability Core Tech & Skills macOS administration JAMF or similar Mac MDM solutions Okta, Google Workspace, and SSO Tier II/III Help Desk & Desktop Support Wi‑Fi, VPN, DNS, DHCP, and networking fundamentals Conference room AV & video conferencing platforms Endpoint security, MFA, and access management SaaS application administration Asset lifecycle management #J-18808-Ljbffr
