Schedule: M‑F 8am‑4pm (includes OT and maybe weekends). Summary The Client Service Coordinator (CSC) is responsible for providing clients with a high quality, professional client experience. The CSC acts as a liaison between the client and Saddle Creek, assists clients on all issues, answers questions, investigates and resolves a wide array of client questions and concerns using a variety of systems, and offers solutions in a positive manner. This position will be expected to establish and maintain effective working relationships with associates, other agencies, clients, and the public. Responsibilities Communicates with customers verbally and in writing with a professional and positive attitude. Supports client relationship by becoming an extension of our client's business. Builds strong rapport with partners, manages relationships, sets expectations, and communicates status. Assists clients with questions, offers solutions, researches issues, and provides status updates. Enter, review, coordinate, and track progress in all client‑requested enhancements and issue tracking. Proactively identifies process improvements that enhance the client experience and streamline operations. Maintains service reports shared with the client that give visibility into volumes and SLAs. Participates and presents on client meetings as needed. Communicates client‑requested projects with the operations (kitting, receiving, etc.). Coordinates and provides professional communication with clients, client’s retailers, and SCLS vendors. Supports parcel requests and issues from carriers or clients and escalates as needed. Oversees CRM and dispatches tickets appropriately. Supports new client implementations and enhancements as needed. Navigates warehouse systems to fulfill client requests. Qualifications Associate’s degree preferred; high school diploma or GED required. At least six (6) months of experience in a customer service role. Experience working with a warehouse management system (WMS) is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially via e‑mail and phone. Strong interpersonal skills; comfortable presenting in front of others. Good problem‑solving and prioritizing skills. Ability to manage and resolve conflict effectively. Attention to detail for accurate records and reports. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Technology savvy; proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and knowledge of PowerPoint. Comfortable working in both office and warehouse environments with wide temperature ranges. Excellent communication skills and collaboration with all levels of the organization.
