What You’ll Do As an Insurance Sales & Service Representative, you'll work closely with both prospective and existing clients to provide outstanding service and personalized insurance solutions. Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with customers. Assist clients with policy questions, coverage reviews, and service requests. Educate customers on insurance products and coverage options. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions. Develop leads and follow up with prospects and existing clients. Schedule appointments and conduct needs‑based conversations. Support customer retention through proactive service and relationship‑building. Maintain accurate customer records and documentation. Collaborate with team members to achieve agency goals and deliver an exceptional customer experience. What We’re Looking For Positive, professional, and customer‑focused attitude.
