Responsibilities

• Deliver client-centered care with a focus on weight management, and holistic wellness.
• Administer nursing procedures including injections, blood draws, and vital sign monitoring.
• Educate and empower clients with personalized treatment protocols and wellness plans.
• Foster trust and strong client relationships that support long-term success.
• Collaborate with your team to maintain an exceptional, consistent client experience.
• Recommend products and wellness solutions aligned with individual client goals.
• Use your skills in new ways: Combine your clinical knowledge with wellness coaching to make a deeper, lasting impact.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted NYS LPN license (must be verifiable)
• CPR certification
• Proficient in care planning, vitals injections. Experience in venipuncture is a plus.
• Confident in patient assessments and documentation
• Experienced in clinical settings (bonus if in urgent care, med spas, or wellness is a plus.)
• Warmth, empathy, and excellent communication skills
• Critical thinking and a problem-solving mindset
• A natural ability to motivate and educate
• A collaborative, flexible attitude
