Technology Transactions Partner

A leading global law firm is seeking a partner-level attorney to join its Technology Transactions practice in the Bay Area as part of a strategic expansion.

The practice advises technology companies, life sciences businesses, and financial sponsors on complex commercial and intellectual property matters, including agreements that support product development, commercialization, and strategic corporate activity.

The firm is seeking an established lawyer with an existing practice focused on technology transactions, particularly in commercial technology contracting and IP-driven matters, who is interested in building within a global platform.

Representative work includes:

• Advising on and negotiating complex technology and commercial agreements, including SaaS, licensing, and cloud-based services arrangements
• Supporting clients on IP and technology aspects of corporate transactions, including M&A and strategic investments
• Structuring and negotiating commercial collaborations, partnerships, and joint ventures
• Counseling clients on intellectual property licensing and data-related contractual frameworks
• Maintaining and developing client relationships across the technology and life sciences sectors
