• Integrated Outpatient Behavioral Health Primary Care Clinic 
• Four 10-hour days per week 
• Average 12-16 patients per day
• 1:1 Clinical Support Staff 
• Team shared phone call for established patients only 
• Fulltime, permanent 
• EPIC EMR
• Very competitive total compensation opportunity (385k+) with RVU production bonus opportunity -Quality incentives up to $30,000 annually
