Senior Cash and Treasury Accountant

Compensation: Up to $90,000-110,000 + bonus potential LHH is partnering with a private equity-backed company to add a Senior Cash Accountant to their growing team. This is a high-impact role supporting a complex, multi-entity environment with significant growth and visibility across finance and operations. This position sits within a highly collaborative team, where you'll play a key role in managing cash activity, supporting project finance operations, and helping scale processes as the business continues to expand. Ideally, this person will be able to take on a leadership role within 6-12 months. What You’ll Do Manage weekly cash activity across multiple entities and bank accounts Build and maintain cash forecasting workbooks to support funding decisions Coordinate cash movement and transfer requests across a complex bank structure Partner with internal stakeholders and banking partners to ensure timely funding and payments Support cash applications, journal entries, and overall cash reporting Assist with process improvements as the team scales and implements new systems Contribute in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities and high visibility What They’re Looking For 4–8+ years of accounting experience with a focus on cash, treasury, or project finance-related work Strong understanding of cash flows, funding structures, or project-based accounting environments Experience working across multiple bank accounts or complex entity structures preferred Exposure to project finance, infrastructure, or construction environments is a plus Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Why This Role Step into a true senior-level position with growth runway into leadership High visibility across finance leadership in a PE-backed organization Exposure to complex cash and project finance structures (not a repetitive transactional role) Collaborative, energetic team environment Excellent benefits package, competitive PTO, strong bonus potential #J-18808-Ljbffr LHH
