Job Position: Screen Press Operators- Small locally owned screen-printing shop looking for long term employees with screen printing press operation experience who are interested in learning all aspects of our company to help us meet all of our customers' needs. Really hoping to find someone with printing press experience, screen printing experience is ideal! Location: Butler, PA 16002 Pay Rate: $16/hr Shift: Day Shift- Monday- Friday- 6am-2:30pm 40 hours a week - Full Time, Temp to Hire job! Looking for long term employees! Job duties:
• Start presses and pull proofs to check for ink coverage and density, alignment, and registration
• Examine job orders to determine quantities to be printed, stock specifications, colors, or special printing instructions
• Set up & operate automatic screen-printing machines
• Prepare shirts to be printed
• Verify that ink meets the specifications for a given job
• Remove shirts from press
• Inspect shirts to ensure high quality and print
• Monitor automated press operation systems and respond to fault, error, or alert messages. Requirements:
Screen printing experience preferred, will also consider printing press experience and other related manufacturing experience as well.
Seeking candidates who are able multi-task, follow directions and be reliable.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment;
• Ability to pay attention to detail;
• Ability to work well with others as part of a team; and
• Ability to follow directions.

- Standing all day is required.
- Must be able to lift 40 pounds.
