Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship candidates welcome
• Active or eligible state licensure for practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Experience working with pediatric populations, particularly in early childhood and elementary school settings
• Familiarity with IEP development, implementation, and progress monitoring
• Compassionate, collaborative, and flexible approach to meeting diverse student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide direct therapy for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
• Collaborate with educational staff, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support students’ communication goals
• Maintain accurate records, document progress, and contribute to IEP meetings
• Adapt interventions based on ongoing student evaluation and teacher feedback
• Support both classroom-based and pull-out service delivery as needed
