Area Supervisor – Papa Johns

Compensation: base salary + monthly performance bonuses

About the Role

Papa Johns is seeking a high‑caliber Area Supervisor to oversee multiple locations. This is a pivotal leadership role focused on rebuilding operational standards, strengthening teams, and driving consistent performance across a market that has experienced recent turnover and is in need of structured leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership: Ensure all stores meet Papa Johns’ standards for product quality, service, cleanliness, and safety.
• Team Development: Recruit, train, coach, and mentor store-level leaders and team members to build capability and accountability.
• Performance Management: Drive improvements in labor management, food cost, inventory control, speed of service, and customer satisfaction.
• Culture Building: Reset expectations, reinforce company values, and establish a positive, performance-driven environment.
• Compliance & Standards: Maintain adherence to brand policies, operational procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Daily Travel: Visit assigned stores regularly to provide hands-on leadership, support, and oversight.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in multi-unit or store-level leadership within quick-service, retail, or hospitality environments
• Strong coaching, communication, and people-development skills
• Ability to lead through change and motivate teams in challenging conditions
• Solid understanding of operational systems, financial controls, and performance metrics
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel daily within the Milwaukee area
