What You'll Do As a Store Counter Sales Representative, you'll help customers find the right parts, tools, and products while delivering friendly, helpful service every day. Responsibilities include: Greeting and assisting retail and commercial customers Learning how to look up automotive parts and products Helping with returns, paint mixing, and product recommendations Answering phone calls and supporting store sales Processing transactions accurately at the register Assisting with stocking shelves, labeling products, and checking in freight Keeping the store clean, organized, and customer-ready Supporting deliveries and other store tasks as needed What We're Looking For You do not need years of automotive experience to succeed in this role. We're looking for team members with a positive attitude and willingness to learn. Preferred Qualifications: Interest in cars, trucks, or the automotive industry Strong customer service and communication skills Basic computer and technology skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Dependable, organized, and team-oriented Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record Automotive parts knowledge is helpful, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
