Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery night shift position requiring fetal monitoring and Advanced NRP certification.

Details

• Work in a 10-bed LDRPN Level I nursery unit within a hospital setting
• Unit averages 30 births per month
• Dedicated OR team performs cesarean sections
• Night shift schedule from 19:00 to 07:30
• 13-week contract assignment

Requirements

• Active RN license (IN or Compact) currently in hand
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NRP (AHA/American Academy of Pediatrics)
• Advanced NRP certification required
• Fetal monitoring competency required (Ascension Fetal Monitoring, AWHONN, Relias, or equivalent program within past 2 years)
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience required
• Nursys license verification required within 30 days prior to start

Additional Information

• Provide direct patient care to laboring, delivery, recovery, and postpartum patients
• Radius rule applies which may affect pay rate eligibility for candidates living locally
• Must possess a US Social Security Number and provide a US home address
