Whether youre advancing your career or growing your skillset, we are here to drive you forward.Role ResponsibilitiesOperate a two-car hauler to deliver vehicles safely and efficiently.Load, transport, and unload vehicles at designated locations, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.Facilitate home delivery transactions, including paperwork and customer handoff.Provide outstanding customer service, interacting with customers and team members professionally.Perform condition checks and verify vehicles meet CarMax cosmetic standards before delivery.Conduct daily equipment inspections to maintain safety and operational excellence.Maintain accurate logs and documentation in compliance with company requirements.Required Qualifications21 years of age or older with a valid state-issued drivers license.Class B CDL preferred; additional state-specific endorsements may apply (e.g., Illinois Class C, Indiana For Hire, Louisiana Chauffeurs License, Mississippi Class D Commercial).Clean driving record with no more than 6 penalty points in the last three years.1+ year of customer service experience and 1+ year of delivery driving experience or CarMax experience.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, operate a manual transmission, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.Must possess or obtain a DOT Medical Card within 28 days of hire.Strong communication and teamwork skills with adherence to CarMax policies and safety standards.About CarMaxAt CarMax, we revolutionized the used car buying experience over 30 years ago by introducing transparency and integrity into the process. For 8 hours of pay for each of a total of 6 paid scheduled holidays per year plus 1 floating holiday. If such an Associate does work on a scheduled holiday due to business need, they are eligible for Holiday Premium Pay.
