Benefits Company-sponsored Retirement Plan Health Insurance (Medical/Dental/Vision) Employee Assistance Program Life, long-term/short-term disability insurance Description Job Type: Full‑Time, Non‑Exempt Pay: Competitive, Hourly Essential Functions & Responsibilities Trim and remove trees, branches, and trunk sections. Operate and service all required tools and equipment. Cut and split large debris into manageable pieces. Spray areas with equipment to prevent further growth. Load and unload trucks. Feed brush and debris into a woodchipper. Repair minor damage to lawns, fences, and walkways. Service gasoline, air, and hand‑powered tools and other equipment. Relay hand signals, direct traffic, drive, and operate trucks and equipment as assigned. Keep trucks and work areas clear and orderly. Safeguard employees and the public from hazards in and around the work area. Cooperate with customers, police, and fire departments when blocking streets or driveways. Set up barriers, warning signs, flags, and markers to protect employees and the public. Perform tree and bucket rescue. Assist in training new employees. Inspect and ensure proper working conditions of tools, trucks, and other equipment. Request repair or replacement when necessary. Maintain good housekeeping on trucks and at work locations. Perform other related work as assigned by superiors. Minimum Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older. Must be able to work with hands above head for extended periods. Must be able to walk, climb, and work from ladders or at various heights on uneven and slippery surfaces, performing mentally/physically demanding work under unfavorable weather conditions while handling equipment or material. No fear of heights. Must have good hand‑to‑eye coordination. Education & Experience High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Entry‑level position, no experience required. Previous experience is a plus. Pre‑Screen Upon offer, employees may be required to complete and pass a pre‑employment drug screen, background, and/or MVR check. License & Certifications A Driver's License is required.
