Med Surg/Telemetry RN – Nights | 13-Week Contract

Position Highlights

• Start Date: 3/17
• 13-week assignment
• Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (3×12s)
• 36 guaranteed hours (OT after 48 hours)
• Every other weekend is REQUIRED (must work full weekends, including Sundays)
• No local travelers (50-mile radius rule)

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Med Surg experience
• Previous travel experience required (no first-time travelers)
• Epic experience required
• BLS certification
• Must be willing to work 48 hours if needed
• Must not have another active job during the assignment

Important Submission Requirements

• Accurate and complete profile
• All required certifications attached
• Minimal requested time off
• No RTO during the first 2 weeks
• Must be available for facility orientation
• Blocked scheduling is NOT available

Unit Details – Medical North 4

• 26 beds
• Patient Ratios:
  • Days: 1:3–4
  • Nights: 1:7–8
• General Medical patient population
• Charge RN shared with North 6
• CNA support (approximately 1:8)

Support & Equipment

• EMR: Epic
• Hospitalist available 24/7
• IV Team: 7:00 AM–8:30 PM
• Nurse Resource available overnight for IV assistance
• Respiratory Therapy available 24/7 (RNs administer respiratory treatments)
• Pharmacy available 24/7
• CPAP patients only (no ventilators)

Orientation & Dress Code

• 2 orientation shifts
• Caribbean blue scrubs (black or Caribbean blue pants permitted; black/white undershirts allowe
