Senior Plant Manager

The Role We are seeking a Senior Plant Manager to lead our Seattle manufacturing site. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving safe, efficient, and profitable operations while developing people and strengthening a culture of performance and accountability. As the Senior Plant Manager, you will have full accountability for site performance, including safety, quality, delivery, cost, productivity, sustainability, and people development. Responsibilities Provide strategic and operational leadership across all plant functions Champion World Class Manufacturing (WCM) and continuous improvement initiatives Drive a proactive safety culture with a goal of zero incidents Lead cross-functional teams across production, maintenance, quality, supply chain, and EHS Own plant financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and capital planning Use data-driven leadership to improve reliability, efficiency, and customer performance Build and develop a high-performing leadership team and strengthen the talent pipeline As the senior leader on site, you will be accountable for driving results while positioning the plant for long-term success. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field (Master’s preferred) 10+ years of progressive manufacturing or operations leadership experience 5+ years of experience in a gypsum plant as a Sr. Plant Manager, Plant Manager, or equivalent Proven experience leading complex manufacturing operations and high-performing teams Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, cost control, and capital planning Demonstrated success driving WCM, Lean, or continuous improvement initiatives Strong safety leadership and commitment to regulatory compliance Experience in a U.S. union manufacturing environment, highly preferred Experience with SAP or ERP-based plant systems Benefits Saint-Gobain aims to deliver a comprehensive Total Rewards package to support employees’ wellbeing and help improve daily life for themselves and their families. National pay range for this position: $165,500 to $264,500 per year. Base pay may vary by region, equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Eligibility for an annual bonus. Targeted bonus amount: 24% of base salary based on company and individual performance. Total Target Cash range: $205,200 to $327,9000. Bonus payments are variable and not guaranteed. May also be eligible to participate in the Long-Term Incentive (LTI) program awarded annually at management’s discretion.
