We are seeking a passionate and skilled Licensed Esthetician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide exceptional skincare treatments and beauty services that enhance our clients’ confidence and well-being. Your expertise in skincare and advanced esthetic procedures will help create a welcoming environment where clients feel pampered and valued. Responsibilities

• Evaluates guest skin concerns, recommends appropriate treatments, maintains a clean and calming treatment environment, supports retail sales, and ensures each guest receives thoughtful, professional, and results-oriented care. All services must be performed within the provider’s scope of license, training, certification, and The Spa at Willows Lodge protocols.

Qualifications

• Valid Washington state licensure as a Licensed Esthetician with active certification in esthetics.
• Proven experience performing a variety of esthetic treatments such as facials, dermabrasion, and laser therapy.
• Knowledge of sanitation practices and infection control protocols essential for maintaining a safe treatment environment.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build lasting client relationships.
• Ability to stay current with industry trends including new theory, treatment techniques, and product innovations.
