District Manager – Burger King Join Burger King’s team as an experienced District Manager, responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of a multi‑unit retail sales team across one of our Florida territories. Responsibilities Provide leadership in employee relations, team building, and people management, communicating effectively with all levels of the organization. Implement and maintain disciplined operating systems, ensuring quality, service, and cleanliness standards are met at every location. Achieve controllable expenditure levels through budget management, P&L review, and performance analysis. Enforce safety, security, and cash handling procedures. Oversee 3–4 store locations, acting as a hands‑on manager and serving as the primary link between store operations and corporate leadership. Qualifications Previous experience in quick‑service restaurants, retail, customer service, or related fields. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
