- Position Overview: Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring the facility is organized, fully stocked, and functioning efficiently.
- Supervise administrative staff or reception services to ensure a professional first impression for visitors.
- Liaise with building management (Downtown FTL/Las Olas high-rises) regarding maintenance, security, and parking.
- Manage vendor relationships, including IT, janitorial, and office supply procurement.
- Oversee office budgets, process invoices, and assist with basic bookkeeping or payroll tasks.
- Coordinate internal office moves, culture-building events, and employee celebrations.
