Role Overview: A Pharmacy Manager leads a team of pharmacists and staff to provide comprehensive patient care, including dispensing prescriptions, administering immunizations, and ensuring regulatory compliance. They oversee pharmacy operations, merchandise presentation, inventory, and customer service, while actively participating in community outreach programs.
