• Robust robotic surgery program and connectiivty to the OhioHealth Stroke Network
• 50-bed hospital
• Located 35 minutes south of Columbus, Ohio

• Annual volume: 25,000
• ED beds: 21
• Certifications required: ACLS, ATLS, PALS, NRP
• Admission rate: 13%
• EMR: EPIC
• Helipad available for rapid trauma transfers

• Board-certified ABEM physician
• Prior leadership experience preferred but not required
• Strong clinical and customer service skills with interest in operations, quality, and team development
• Collaborative communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Physician ready to grow into expanded leadership responsibilities
