Physical Therapist – Outpatient in Glenwood Springs, Colorado. Start 06/30/2026 for a 13-week travel assignment with guaranteed 38 hours per week. Earn $2,139–$2,276 per week, working a 4x10 rotating shift. Hospital setting providing outpatient rehabilitation services.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients in the outpatient setting and develop individualized treatment plans for a variety of diagnoses
- Implement therapeutic interventions to improve strength, range of motion, balance, safety, and functional function
- Monitor patient progress, adjust goals, and document outcomes
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safe activities
- Collaborate with the care team to coordinate care and referrals as needed
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with standards of care

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in physical therapy
- Current Colorado PT licensure (DORA) or Compact for Colorado
- BLS certification through the American Heart Association
- At least two years of PT experience; 3–5 years preferred
- Ability to work in outpatient rehabilitation within a hospital setting
- Travel assignment eligibility: permanent address at least 75 miles from the facility
- Colorado CAPS registration may be required; apply ASAP (may take up to two weeks)
- Ensure correct SSN and date of birth in the onboarding system (Medefis) to prevent processing delays
