We are seeking a Driver to join our team.
Hourly Range: $17.50 - $20.00
The Driver role will safely transport clients, personal belongings, medication, and appropriate documentation to specific locations as identified. Locations could include but are not limited to other agency office locations, placement provider homes, community appointments, court, and family visitation. As a member of the KS Foster Care team, you will work with 10 other team members and report to our Transportation Manager.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Provide a friendly and safe environment for children while in transit.
- Provide on-time pick-up and arrival for all transport.
- Utilize car safety seats for infants and children according to designated standards.
- Monitor and document child's behavior and activities while in transit.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING:
Our ideal candidate will have relevant experience working with children and the following:
- High school diploma
- At least 21 years of age and pass background check, physical, and drug screening
- A valid driver's license, proof of current vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.
