Key Qualifications:

• Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license required
• Experience in school-based or pediatric OT settings preferred
• Strong communication abilities for collaboration with faculty, students, and parents
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multi-site scheduling and documentation
• Commitment to delivering compassionate, student-centered interventions

Position Highlights & Responsibilities:

• Serve elementary students across Manor Hill, Alexander Doniphan, and Shoal Creek
• Provide direct OT services to 10 students on Mondays, 7 on Tuesdays, 10 on Wednesdays, 8 on Thursdays
• Dedicate Fridays for assessment, preparation, and paperwork
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support students’ academic success
• Maintain accurate records, perform necessary evaluations, and contribute to IEP meetings as needed
• Adapt interventions to address fine motor skills, sensory processing, and functional participation in school routines
