Head of Growth

Our client in Dallas, TX, is seekinga Head of Growth tojoin their team!

This is an onsite/full-time/direct-hire position

Salary range based on experience: $220K-$230K

The Role

You will own revenue for our client's transformation business. You inherit enterprise relationships measured in years, referenceable work at major clients, and a partner ecosystem motion. Your job is to build a repeatable enterprise sales motion for high-consideration, fixed-outcome engagements, and to run it.

What you will own

• The transformation revenue number
• Account planning and expansion across our enterprise relationships, in partnership with our delivery and Learning Labs leaders
• Deal quality: fixed-outcome engagements with contracted acceptance criteria, sold with price integrity
• The partner co-sell motion within the Anthropic ecosystem
• Eventually, a small team: you build what comes next

What we are looking for

• You have personally sold six-figure and seven-figure fixed-price transformation, platform, or product-attached consulting engagements into enterprise engineering buyers (CTO, CIO, platform leadership)
• You are a player-coach who builds pipeline beyond a founder's network and beyond existing accounts
• You can whiteboard an engineering organization's delivery problem credibly; you do not need a solutions architect in every first meeting
• You are conversant in the AI engineering tooling landscape and can hold your own on why installed delivery systems beat tool purchases
• You have operated inside a partner ecosystem (hyperscaler or model provider) and know how co-sell actually works
