BILINGUAL COLLECTIONS SPECIALIST – ENGLISH/SPANISH

LOCATION

Fort Worth, TX | Hybrid – 1 day WFH after 90 days

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

• $30–$35 per hour

• Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. CST

• Anticipated start date: ASAP

ROLE IMPACT

Bring your collections experience to a well-paying, weekday opportunity in the auto finance industry. You’ll work primarily with customers whose vehicle accounts are 1–30 days past due, helping them find approved payment solutions and get their accounts back on track. If you have a stable collections background, strong customer communication skills, and are fluent in English and Spanish, your experience may translate well to this role—even if you haven’t worked specifically in auto finance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle inbound and outbound collections calls for primarily early-stage delinquent vehicle accounts.
• Secure payments and payment commitments and establish approved payment arrangements with customers experiencing financial difficulty.
• Research customer and account information using authorized resources to update contact information and support account resolution, skip tracing, and collateral-location efforts.
• Follow established collections procedures and regulatory requirements while working toward cure rate, call quality, productivity, and account-resolution goals.
• Collaborate with teams in the United States and Mexico to resolve account issues and support process improvements.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• 1+ year of collections experience with demonstrated stability in a collections-focused role; consumer finance, auto finance, banking, credit card, or similar account collections experience is welcome.
• Bilingual English/Spanish fluency, including professional speaking, reading, and writing skills.
• Experience handling delinquent accounts, securing payment commitments or establishing payment arrangements, and working toward defined collections or account-resolution goals.

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Auto finance, consumer lending, banking, credit card, or other financial collections experience.
• Experience with early-stage delinquency and performance metrics such as cure rates, roll rates, call quality, productivity, and adherence.
• Strong follow-up, organization, problem-solving, and customer communication skills.
