Required Qualifications

High school diploma or GED.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Ability to communicate clearly with team members and operators.

Ability to complete required documentation accurately.

Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently when needed.

Bonus Points If You Have

Previous manufacturing or production experience.

Experience in packaging, inspection, or quality-related roles.

Forklift certification or ability to become forklift certified.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand 75% of the shift (67 hours per day).
• Ability to bend, twist, squat, and climb stairs frequently throughout the day.
• Ability to lift boxes weighing 1040 lbs (up to 20 times per hour).
• Ability to reach frequently (3040 times per minute).
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with temperature variations.
• Ability to wear required PPE (safety glasses, hearing protection, safety-toed footwear).

Work Environment

This position is performed in a manufacturing environment where exposure to temperature changes, machinery, and continuous production flow is common. Safety, accuracy, and consistency are essential to success.
